Are there additional costs?
The price on our brochure is the price including engraving and VAT.
There is a one off artwork origination of £22.50 plus VAT.(Logos / club crests etc can be engraved, please provide an EPS file - If you do not have the artwork file we can re draw logos - please ask for a quote).
Should you change your mind after the original free proof there is a £8 plus VAT re proofing charge.
Delivery is extra - Up to 20kg - £10.50 - thereafter £10.00 per 20kg.
Repeat Orders
All repeat orders will be subject to an £8.00 plus VAT repeat origination charge.
For any text change this will be charged from £2.50 - £5.00 plus VAT - please ask for a quote.
I would like to see bigger images, is this possible?
Yes if you go into the product description and click on the image again it will show a larger version.
Can I see a proof of the engraving?
Yes this will be sent to you for your approval – once you have confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched accordingly. Approval of your proof, confirms that you are happy with your order and liable for the total amount on your invoice. If it needs re proofing because you have changed your mind on the wording this will be charged at £8 plus VAT for each subsequent proof.
What kind of guarantee is given?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchases, and we are certain you will be. To give you peace of mind, all standard items can be returned or exchanged in their original condition for up to 28 days after you have received them. Please note - personalised/ bespoke and made to order goods are non – refundable, unless faulty.
How are the orders sent and what happens if the glass gets broken in transit?
We use quality carriers like DHL. All orders are well packed but if something does get broken we will send out a replacement FOC for you if you have notified us by the end of the next working day.

Yes - we would be happy to offer a competitive quotation.
I would like different engraving on a pair of glasses is this possible?
Yes – please specify at time of order.
I am buying for a gift can it be sent direct to the recipient?
Yes we can send orders direct to recipients without any paperwork for no additional charge.

I wish to specify the layout is this possible?
Generally we will do the layout to suit the glass but if you would like the engraving set out in a certain way please email this to us and we will speak to the engravers. It isn’t always possible due to the engraving area available.
